"Kira did medical school and residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in NYC. Her residency was in Internal Medicine with a special focus on Primary Care.

Kira believes in a whole-person approach to medical care and wants to empower people to take the reins in their own journeys toward wellness. She has a special interest in mental health, sports medicine, and nutritional health."
