Patrick Fillnow, MD

Patrick Fillnow is a board-certified internal medicine physician.  He graduated from the University of South Carolina of Medicine in 2008 and completed residency at the Medical University of South Carolina in 2011.  Over the past ten years Patrick has served patients as an Internal Medicine Physician at Atrium and Novant in Charlotte.  Patrick made the decision to move to a direct primary care model in 2021 in order to provide quality, accessible healthcare tailored to the individual, keeping the doctor-patient relationship at the heart of everything he does. A native of Pittsburgh, PA, Patrick received his undergraduate degree from Furman University where he competed on the college tennis team. He enjoys spending time with his wife, and 4 lovely children.

The focus of our clinic is about restoring the physician patient relationship.  Instead of 7 minute visits, we spend 30-60 minutes with our patient at office visits.  We have same day and next day availability.  We communicate with patients in between visits by call, text, and email.  We accomplish all of this by removing the middle man from your healthcare.  We charge a transparent, flat, monthly fee, and in return you get unlimited primary care. There are no copays.  No hassles.  We take care of everything from preventative care and physicals, ear aches, stress and depression management, diabetes, hypertension and thyroid problems.
