• Christian S. Monsalve, M.D. is the founder of Verigrate Health. Dr. Monsalve is a licensed physician serving patients in California, Florida, New Jersey, New York, and Texas. He graduated from residency in the Department of Psychiatry at UT Southwestern Medical Center. He obtained his M.D. from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and his B.A. in Philosophy from Fordham University on a full tuition academic merit scholarship. He is a graduate for Regis High School in Manhattan where he was chose graduation speaker by his peers. 
  
  Dr. Monsalve has published in the American Journal of Psychotherapy, Journal of the American Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, Molecular Cancer Research, El Diario NY, and the Dallas Morning News. He has presented his research in Austria, Brazil, Mexico, and the U.S.A. He received the Best Oral Presentation Prize at the 26th World Congress of the International Association for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Allied Professions (IACAPAP). He is a member of the International Scientific Advisory Board of the 27th World Congress of IACAPAP. He is a recipient of the American Psychiatric Association Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship, American Psychoanalytic Association Fellowship, and the Austen Riggs Award for Excellence in Psychotherapy.
  
  Dr. Monsalve is interested in the study of human flourishing, suffering, ethics, economics, entrepreneurship, healthcare policy, and integrative medicine. He opened Verigrate Health to patients nationwide and continue to seek to more efficiently translate discoveries to improve the health of populations both in the United States and Latin America.

Verigrate Health was founded to integrate veritas—truth—into every aspect of patient care. We practice functional medicine that seeks to address root causes of ADHD and anxiety. Our services include private, individualized care and precision tapering (deprescribing) for patients who seek reduced dependency on psychiatric medications (such as benzodiazepines, antidepressants, etc.).
