About Dr. Osborn
Dr. Osborn graduated from Brown University and received her MD from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. She completed her internship and family medicine residency at University of Utah Hospitals and Clinics. She later served as an associate professor of clinical medicine at the University of Utah Medical School.
During that time she kept an active practice in pediatric and adult medicine, taught residents and conducted clinical research. In 2005 she left the University to build a primary care practice centered on comprehensive, preventive care, and Evolutionary Healthcare began. Utah Business Magazine recognized her in September 2007 for developing an innovative primary care practice.
