About Dr. Lubinski

Membership and fees

Membership at Lissa Lubinski MD is $40 per month for ages 10 to 19 with an enrolled parent and $50 per month for ages 10 to 19 without an enrolled parent.

Membership is $110 per month for ages 20 and up.

The monthly fee covers primary care services, including in-office labs and in-office procedures at no additional cost.

Home visits are available for a separate fee of $150 per visit.
