About Dr. Lobel

Dr. Lobel founded Metropolitan Reproductive Medicine to provide reproductive endocrinology and infertility care in a private office setting in New York City. Before that, she developed and directed the IVF program at Genesis Fertility & Reproductive Medicine. On the Healthful Woman podcast, she explained that she started a smaller practice because fertility is personal and she wanted to give more personal care.

She graduated summa cum laude from Princeton University and Harvard Medical School. She trained in OB/GYN at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital, then completed a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Harvard Medical School. She previously served on the faculty of Harvard Medical School and has privileges at Lenox Hill Hospital.
