About Dr. Hartog
Dr. Hartog is a reproductive endocrinologist who co-founded Chelsea Fertility of New York City with Dr. Paul Gindoff. She earned her MD from New York Medical College in 1991 and completed her residency and chief residency in OB/GYN at Albert Einstein Medical Center and Long Island Jewish Medical Center. Her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility was at The George Washington University Medical Center.
Earlier in her career she directed IVF programs at George Washington University and led the infertility service at Maine Medical Center, where she established the first IVF program in Maine in 2004. She was an attending physician at Mount Sinai Beth Israel Medical Center from 2014 until it closed in 2025 and remains affiliated with the Mount Sinai Health System. She is known for work in ovulation induction, ICSI, third party reproduction and recurrent pregnancy loss.
