The Total Access membership at Access Concierge Medicine includes an annual exam, annual labs, an EKG, office testing, routine follow-up visits, most immunizations, same-day sick visits and help coordinating specialist visits and testing.
The Dependent membership includes an annual exam, office testing as indicated, a flu shot, same-day pediatric visits and video visits for patients away at college.
Primary Care Only is for people whose employer already pays for annual executive exams elsewhere, and it includes review of those findings, all acute visits, medication management and consultant coordination.
