Dr. Fisher established Pekin Family Practice in 1991. He has been part of the Central Illinois medical community since then. In 2011 he expanded with Innovative Medical Therapies, a cash-based venture that includes cosmetic care, skin care and the New Direction Weight Loss and Management program.
