About Dr. Chamoun

Dr. Chamoun completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Pennsylvania State University. He then completed a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the University of Maryland. He moved to Brevard County in 1996.

He founded Brevard County's first infertility practice and brought in vitro fertilization to the county in 1999. He is medical director of Viera Fertility Center in Melbourne. The practice opened in Melbourne, Florida in 1996.

His interests include infertility, recurrent pregnancy loss, assisted reproduction and polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome, once called PCOS. He also focuses on minimally invasive surgery, including laparoscopic and hysteroscopic procedures.
