About Dr. Ibrahimi
Dr. Ibrahimi holds an MD/PhD degree from New York University School of Medicine. He did his dermatology residency at Harvard Medical School, working at Massachusetts General Hospital and other Boston hospitals. He then completed a fellowship at the University of California, Davis.
He also trained at the Wellman Center for Photomedicine at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital. He is the founding and medical director of the Connecticut Skin Institute, a medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology practice. In 2011, he joined the University of Connecticut Health Center as director of cutaneous laser and cosmetic surgery.
He provides laser removal for port wine stains, hemangiomas and other vascular and pigmented birthmarks. The practice accepts most health insurance plans and files claims for patients.
