About Dr. Bub

Dr. Bub is board certified in family medicine and owns Pure Family Medicine. She built the practice as an independent direct primary care practice. Voyage Denver reported that she founded the practice after years as an employed physician in the traditional medical system.

The Denver Post reported that she spent seven years in medicine before changing course, having been burned out from long hours in primary care. In her words, "I love my patients, but in the corporate healthcare system I never had enough time to truly get to know them." She has also written a blog post about why she opened her practice.

Racist!

"Pure family medicine failed to provide HIPAA though the side clearly states that you are able to contact your doctor directly this is not the case there is a receptionist named Kara and other receptionists that are allowed to read your private messages this was something that I was definitely not interested in your email and stuff and finish it."
