About Dr. Segal

Dr. Segal earned a bachelor's degree at Cornell University and her medical degree at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She completed her OB/GYN residency at Northwell Health and her reproductive endocrinology and infertility fellowship at Case Western Reserve University and University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center. She was an Assistant Professor at UCSF Center for Reproductive Health before founding Collab Fertility to address the growing need for quality East Bay fertility care.

She created The Collab Way, an evidence-based, integrative care model that supports both body and mind. Her expertise includes fertility preservation, individualized IVF protocols, preimplantation genetic diagnosis, PCOS, recurrent pregnancy loss, LGBTQ family building, and comprehensive infertility evaluation and treatment. Her research focuses on environmental exposures and reproductive health, including wildfire smoke and plastics.

She is a fertility specialist within the Sutter Health network and has joined the staff at John Muir.
