Dr. Robert Boostanfar, MD

About Dr. Boostanfar

Dr. Boostanfar earned his undergraduate degree at UCLA and graduated from medical school at the University of Southern California in 1995. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1999 and his fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility in 2002 at the USC Los Angeles County Women's and Children's Hospital. He is a reproductive endocrinologist at HRC Fertility Encino and Westlake Village and Clinical Assistant Professor at the Keck School of Medicine, University of Southern California.

He offers in vitro fertilization, intrauterine insemination, egg freezing, egg and sperm donation, surrogacy, and family-building support for the LGBTQ+ community. He was a principal investigator for a randomized controlled trial of in vitro fertilization published in the journal Human Reproduction, and conducts phase III and IV clinical trials. He has appeared on Good Morning America, CNN and The Learning Channel, where he was the resident doctor on The Little Couple.
