Dr. Roberto Fars, MD

About Dr. Fars

He received part of his medical training at the University of Bologna in Italy. He completed an Internal Medicine residency in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and was selected to serve as Chief Resident. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the National Board of Physicians and Surgeons.

For many years, he worked as a hospitalist, caring for complex inpatient cases across multiple hospitals in Wyoming. He founded the Hospitalist Program in Douglas, Wyoming, which was honored with the 2016 Press Ganey Award for excellence in inpatient services statewide. After the COVID era, he shifted his main professional focus to prevention, performance optimization and systems-based longevity care.

He applies a systems-based model that combines traditional medical science with performance analytics and applied biophysics. He uses metabolic testing, oxygen efficiency analysis, hydration dynamics and body composition evaluation to guide recommendations. He established Yellowstone Elite Longevity Concierge Medicine and Yellowstone IV Lounges & Wellness Center in Casper.

The practice bills patients directly instead of through insurance. He also organizes immersive experiences in Italy built around Mediterranean and Blue Zone traditions.
