About Dr. Miller
Dr. Eric Miller practices DPC Family Medicine at Legacy Medical Services in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. A Wisconsin native, he grew up and completed his education in the southeastern part of the state, settled in Dodge County in 1996, and has been a medical and community leader there since. He has served as an Associate Clinical Professor with the University of Wisconsin and as a hospital Chief of Staff, and he has chaired several nonprofit boards.
In 2014, Dr. Miller left his practice at the University to learn about the direct primary care model, with the goal of eventually leading the movement both regionally and nationally. He founded Legacy Medical Services in 2020, and the practice has since grown to a staff of ten serving three locations. As he has put it, he started Legacy to give patients "personable, professional and affordable healthcare close to home."
