About Jennifer Nicpon

Jennifer Nicpon began her healthcare career in the early 1990s as a certified nursing assistant. She earned a bachelor's degree in nursing from UW-Milwaukee in 1996. In 1998 she earned a master's degree in nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from UW-Milwaukee.

She is a board-certified nurse practitioner. She also holds a National Certification as a Dermatology Nurse Practitioner. Nicpon has worked as a nurse practitioner in pediatrics, free clinics, adult and pediatric gastroenterology and retail clinics.

She has published multiple articles in dermatology in peer-reviewed journals. She joined the ReFresh Aesthetic Center team in the summer of 2024 and serves as Director of Wellness, RF Wellness Lounge. She oversees the weight management program and specializes in clinical weight-loss management.

She leads the one-hour comprehensive consultation that begins the hormone optimization program. She also teaches future advanced practice nurses at Concordia University. She enjoys running, gardening and her dog Archie.
