About Rachel Erickson
Rachel Erickson is a naturopath. She graduated from Bastyr University in 2008 and earned an undergraduate degree in Botany at the University of Washington. She founded Virtual Integrative Specialists (VIS) and is its chief medical officer.
She started it to offer holistic care to patients who cannot get in-person naturopathic visits, and to support other NDs through mentorship, collaboration and sustainable practice design. Her approach blends science and soul, joining evidence-based medicine with genuine connection and curiosity. She sees herself not only as a clinician but also as a detective, educator and ally on each patient's path to healing.
Health isn’t found in a single pill or protocol, it’s a process of understanding your body, your story, and what’s blocking your ability to thrive. My role is to help you uncover that and walk beside you in your journey, and support you every step of the way
