About Dr. Joffee

Dr. Joffee founded Vienna Primary and Preventive Medicine in 2006. In January 2018, he independently moved his practice to the direct primary care model. That year he also chose a smaller panel of patients so he is available when they need him.

He listens carefully, then works with each patient on a personalized plan. He tries to use fewer medications and encourages better health through nutrition, stress management, time management and fitness. He focuses on reversing pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes through nutrition coaching.

He earned his MD at Emory University School of Medicine and completed a family medicine residency with Virginia Commonwealth University and Fairfax Family Practice.
