About Joshua Green

Joshua Green earned his naturopathic medicine doctorate from the National University of Natural Medicine. He holds a 2001 Bachelor of Science degree from Bastyr University that focused on whole foods nutrition. He did most of his clinical rotations in community clinics.

After graduating, he began a naturopathic family practice in Ithaca, NY, and moved to Burlington, Vermont in 2011. He is the Clinical Director of Vermont Natural Family Medicine PLC. Members always see him, and the practice keeps his panel to fewer than 300 patients.

He sees patients of all ages for family care. His focus areas include gastrointestinal disorders, thyroid disorders, mental health and pediatrics. He also focuses on chronic disease, especially Lyme and co-infections and mold illness.

He can prescribe drugs and refer patients to specialists when it is medically appropriate. He aims to give the community family health care that is safe, affordable, comprehensive and natural. Outside of work, he enjoys disc golf, snowboarding, golf, camping, kayaking and running.
