Dr. Shahbaz Yazdani, MD

About Dr. Yazdani

He graduated from Louisiana State University Medical School and trained in family medicine in San Antonio at University Texas Health Science Centers. He wanted to build lifelong care with his patients, like the old fashioned family doctors. Taking the time to listen, explain and partner with patients on their health journey is part of his approach.

Dr. Yazdani is fluent in English, Urdu and Punjabi, and speaks some Spanish. He provides care for all ages, including routine office visits, health maintenance, physicals and minor emergency care. He treats lacerations, asthma, ingrown toenails and warts and skin tags, and he performs minor procedures.

He offers in-house lab testing, including minor and major lab work. He cares for people without insurance through an employer or government program, patients who have not yet met a high deductible, and people between jobs. He also cares for gig workers, patients whose insurance does not cover a service they need, and anyone who prefers to pay directly.
