Dr. Patricia Saravia, DO

About Dr. Saravia

Dr. Saravia is a board certified family medicine physician. She earned her medical degree at A.T. Still University-Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed residency at NYU Langone Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn. Her earlier studies include a mechanical engineering degree at the University of Texas at Austin and biomedical engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology.

She spent several years at a large outpatient clinic in a traditional, insurance-based setting. She left because she felt she could care for patients better without the burden of insurance. Women's health and geriatric care are special interests, and she enjoys the variety of family medicine.

Bluebonnet Direct Primary Care is a direct primary care clinic for families with and without health insurance. Outside work, she brews beer, tries local restaurants and reads fiction and science books.
