He completed subspecialty training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Fertility at the University of Texas and stayed on staff there as a teacher and researcher. He is the founder, CEO and Medical Director of Caperton Fertility Institute, which has offices in Albuquerque, NM and El Paso, TX. The institute's fertility care includes in vitro fertilization, ICSI, embryo vitrification, assisted hatching, egg donation, gestational carrier surrogacy, fertility preservation and fertility surgery.
