About Dr. Moczygemba
Dr. Moczygemba is founder and president of Direct Med Clinic, which aims to address high healthcare costs through direct primary care. He trained in family practice in the Navy and helped found two national telemedicine companies. He has worked in family practice, occupational medicine and urgent care since 1994.
He co-founded the San Antonio chapter of the Free Market Medical Association. On August 5, 2022, he testified at the Texas capitol on direct access to care. Membership at Direct Med Clinic includes unlimited primary care and urgent care visits, and many in-clinic procedures at no extra charge.

The Adult + Child plan starts at $169 a month with a $20 sign-up fee per person, plus $39 a month for each additional child under 17, and a cancellation fee applies.
