About Dr. Tolkachjov

He did his dermatology residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
He then trained in Mohs surgery and dermatologic oncology in Birmingham, Alabama, and practiced there for the first few years of his career. He has authored and edited two textbooks on Mohs surgery and complex facial reconstructive techniques. He takes a conservative approach to cosmetics that fits a patient's goals and budget.
