About Kathy York

Kathy York is a nurse practitioner specializing in medical aesthetics at CFR Aesthetics (formerly Center for Facial Rejuvenation) in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She joined the practice in 2016 and specializes in medical aesthetics, including Botox and dermal fillers. She earned a Master's degree in Nursing from Southern Adventist University in 2013, receiving the Florence Oliver Anderson Award for Outstanding Achievement from her professors. She has earned the Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS) credential.
