About Dr. DeCastro

Dr. DeCastro is the owner and founder of Harborside Healthcare, which offers a hybrid of on-site and virtual primary care with direct access and communication with the patient's physician. She offers a simple, flat membership fee. She provides personalized care with a clear focus on a long term trusting relationship with patients.

She has built close ties with other physicians and specialists in the community and communicates with them to coordinate care. She completed undergraduate studies at the University of South Carolina in Columbia and her medical degree at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine, and she completed her family medicine residency at the Medical University of South Carolina. She was awarded a Health Professions Scholarship with the United States Air Force and served as a Captain and General Medical Officer at Barksdale Air Force Base in Shreveport, Louisiana.
