About Dr. Pullano

Dr. Pullano graduated from Cornell University and earned her medical degree at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She earned a Navy scholarship to medical school and served on active duty in Charleston, SC as General Medical Officer on the USS Holland AS-32. She completed her family medicine residency at the Medical University of South Carolina and served as Chief Resident.

She practiced at Durst Family Medicine before joining Access Healthcare, where she spent almost ten years in Mount Pleasant, SC. In 2015 she moved to a solo concierge family practice, Pullano Family Medicine. The practice treats patients from pediatrics to geriatrics and manages both chronic medical issues and urgent care problems.

Even when she is out of the office, Dr. Pullano can be reached by cell phone or email to answer urgent questions or triage a situation. She helps coordinate hospital admission, and once patients are admitted they are cared for by hospitalists or a specialist. The practice's mission is to serve its family of patients in the most caring and comprehensive way possible, as a concierge-style family practice and medical home.
