Dr. Collazao is a diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology and a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. Dr. Collazao is the founder and medical director of the Dry Eye Center for Puerto Rico and directs the Department of Ophthalmology at SALUS in Guaynabo, part of the Mayo Clinic Care Network. Dr. Collazao is one of the founders of the Center for Visual Correction at OJOS, Inc. in Santurce, a laser refractive surgery center.
