About Dr. Diarra
Dr. Diarra was born and raised in Mali, West Africa. He earned a Bachelor of Science in biomedical and medical engineering from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona, in 2006. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from AZCOM at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona, in 2012.
He completed his internal medicine residency at Legacy Graduate Medical Education in Portland, Oregon, from 2013 to 2015. From 2015 to 2024, he was a primary care physician at Legacy Health in Portland, Oregon. He left conventional practice and built MyOne PCP in its place.
He grounds his care in data and evidence. He puts weight on catching problems early, on prevention, and on meeting patients where they are. His weight management care is led by a physician and guided by DEXA scans.
It includes GLP-1 medications and nutrition coaching, and body contouring is optional. He plays and coaches youth soccer and runs half marathons.
