Incredibly frustrating experience!

"I saw Lindsey Campbell one time and that's enough for me! There was an important procedure that I needed done. Dr. Campbell needed to send me an order before I could schedule an appointment to have the procedure done. Dr. Campbell said that she would send me the order on Monday morning. It was Thursday evening and I still hadn't heard from her! As a result, I was in discomfort all week. I had even left two messages for her on My Chart with no results. I had to dig through my appointment summary to find that she had sent the order on Wednesday. I was not notified in any way. No My Chart message, no email, no text, no phone call. Even when I finally found that she sent the order, there were absolutely no instructions on any steps I could take to schedule an appointment to have the procedure done. Incredibly frustrating experience!"
