Dr. Nikki Tang, MD

About Dr. Tang

Dr. Tang is a fellowship-trained dermatologist and Mohs micrographic surgeon. She specializes in complex wound reconstruction, rare tumor pathology and difficult tumor locations. She is also a proceduralist and cosmetic dermatologist who works with neurotoxins, fillers, lasers, peels and microneedling.

She studied sociology at Brown University and graduated from the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University through its eight-year combined baccalaureate-MD program. She completed her dermatology residency at Mt. Sinai Beth Israel-St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital in New York City, including specialty training in treating skin of color, then a one-year Mohs surgery and facial reconstruction fellowship at Mt. Sinai. She previously joined the faculty at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, where she was Director of the Mohs Surgery and Cutaneous Oncology Unit and Assistant Program Director for the Dermatology Residency Program.

She enjoys travel, yoga, skiing, freediving, spearfishing and the outdoors.
