Dr. Isaac Ilaoa, DO

About Dr. Ilaoa

Dr. Ilaoa practices direct primary care internal medicine at Primary Health Partners in Norman, Oklahoma. He is a board-certified internal medicine physician. He served five years in the US Navy, including a tour in Iraq, before returning home to pursue medicine. After training he completed a second stint in the Navy as a Lieutenant Commander at Naval Health Clinic Corpus Christi. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma and completed medical school at Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, then completed his internal medicine residency at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego, California.

Dr. Ilaoa has practiced outpatient internal medicine, serving the Moore, Norman and greater south Oklahoma City community. He advocates for the Direct Primary Care model as aligned with patient-centered, relationship-based care, and accepts patients from age 13 through end-of-life. Outside of medicine, he enjoys staying active and playing or listening to music, and volunteers with non-profit organizations that serve underserved communities in Oklahoma and internationally.
