About Dr. Santos

Dr. Santos is an otolaryngologist and head and neck surgeon. He received his medical degree from the University of California, San Diego, then completed an otolaryngology-head and neck surgery residency at the University of Washington in Seattle. He went on to a head and neck surgery fellowship at Guy's Hospital in London.

He is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology. Dr. Santos leads the Santos Sinus & Snoring Center in Oklahoma City and is a specialist at Surgery Center of Oklahoma. He takes a conservative, patient-first approach using the latest technology and methods in his field.

He performs endoscopic sinus surgery in the operating room under general anesthesia for cases that need more extensive surgery. In 1999 he performed the first stereotactic sinus surgery in Oklahoma City. Before moving to Oklahoma City, he was on the faculty at Southern Illinois School of Medicine and became a tenured associate professor.

His research has led to more than 160 lectures and more than 30 publications.
