About Dr. Mechley
Dr. Mechley earned her undergraduate degree at Saint Louis University and her medical degree at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. She completed her family practice residency at the University of Utah (McKay-Dee Hospital) and advanced clinical training in cardiac wellness at Massachusetts General Hospital. She focused on Lifestyle Medicine in 2013, became certified in it in 2018 and became an LM Intensivist in 2023.
She is a direct primary care family physician who has practiced in her hometown of Cincinnati since 1998. She co-founded Integrated Family Care with Dr. Glass in 2017. She feels strongly that primary care physicians need to be independent so they can be true patient advocates.
