About Lauren Churchey

Lauren Churchey is a nurse practitioner practicing dermatology at Advanced Dermatology in Mason, Ohio. She specializes in medical and cosmetic dermatology as a nationally certified nurse practitioner. She graduated with honors from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and was commissioned as an officer in the United States Air Force. She worked as a certified registered nurse for 8 years, gaining experience in critical care, telemetry, and medical-surgical nursing. She also served as an Air Force Captain with overseas deployment experience before becoming a dermatology nurse practitioner. She graduated with highest honors from Xavier University with a Master of Science in Nursing degree as a family nurse practitioner.

She is nationally certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is licensed to practice through the Ohio Board of Nursing. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the Dermatology Nurses' Society, the Ohio Association of Advanced Practice Nurses, and the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Outside of dermatology, she enjoys reading and volunteers with animal rescues.
