Membership and fees

Membership at Dare Direct Primary Care is $49 a month for patients ages 0 to 18, or $45 a month for ages 0 to 18 when enrolled with a parent or guardian.

Membership is $65 a month for ages 19 to 39, plus a one-time $100 enrollment fee.

Membership is $75 a month for ages 40 to 59, plus a one-time $100 enrollment fee.

Membership is $85 a month for ages 60 and over, plus a one-time $100 enrollment fee.

The employer plan is $65 a month per patient when more than 10 employees are enrolled.

The $100 enrollment fee is charged per patient at the first visit, and re-enrollment costs $250, subject to availability and approval.
