About Dr. Moore
Dr. Moore attended West Virginia University for both undergraduate and medical school studies and graduated from medical school in 2017. He served as class president of the WVU School of Medicine and was inducted into the Mountain Honorary. He completed his family medicine residency at Martin Army Community Hospital in 2020 as Academic Chief Resident.
Dr. Moore spent 11 years in the U.S. Army and became a brigade surgeon. He served as a field surgeon in the 82nd Airborne and advanced three years ahead of schedule to the office of the Brigade Surgeon. He was promoted to Major during deployment and supervised a team of eight PAs and five physicians providing care for over 4,300 paratroopers. He founded Clearwater Health DPC with his wife to provide affordable, accessible and transparent healthcare, and he created the Type 2 Diabetes Reversal Program offered there.
He enjoys being active outdoors and farming.
