Dr. Palter is the founder and medical director of Gold Coast IVF, which was founded in 2001. His work focuses on reproductive endocrinology and in vitro fertilization. He served on the Yale faculty as Clinical Chief of Reproductive Endocrinology and founder and director of the Advanced Endoscopy Fellowship and the Yale Oncofertility Program.
