About Dr. Maxwell

Dr. Maxwell is board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, and is a fertility specialist at Southern California Reproductive Center. She earned her medical degree with honors from the Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. She completed both her OB/GYN training and her reproductive endocrinology and infertility subspecialty training at NYU Langone Medical Center.

She previously served as a clinical assistant professor at the New York University School of Medicine and the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell. Her interests include embryo genetic testing, fertility preservation for women with BRCA1/2 mutations or cancer, PCOS, and surgery for fibroids or endometriosis. She has published on preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy and embryonic mosaicism.

She is a regular medical reviewer for the Journal of Assisted Reproduction and Genetics and Reproductive BioMedicine Online. Southern California Reproductive Center is a fertility clinic offering IVF, IUI and related services. The practice accepts PPO and HMO insurance plans, subject to the plan being currently accepted.
