About Naomi Friedman

Friedman is the founder and chief medical officer of Sickday Medical House Calls. She started the practice with a vision of personalized medical care for New Yorkers and travelers to New York. Before that, she worked for a decade in New York hospital settings and a private practice.

She began by visiting patients at home with a medical bag, getting around New York City on foot, bus and subway to treat acute and urgent conditions. Friedman believes all patients deserve quality personalized health care, and she continues to advance home-based medical treatment. Her current work focuses on urgent-care house calls.
