About Mary Stratos

Stratos is a physician assistant and an IFM-certified practitioner who specializes in functional medicine. She studied at the Medical University of South Carolina. She also earned a functional medicine certification through the Cleveland Clinic Institute for Functional Medicine, and trained with Vincent Pedre.

Stratos founded Stratos Functional Wellness, a fully virtual practice that provides care for women's health. Her focus includes hormone optimization and perimenopause, thyroid and energy, gut and immune health, longevity and metabolic health. At Stratos Functional Wellness, care starts with a lab draw at a lab near the patient, followed by a comprehensive 60-minute visit.

She spent five years at Parsley Health and also practiced at a longevity clinic founded by Tony Robbins and Peter Diamandis. She believes women healing at scale is one of the most underrated forces for change.

Stratos Functional Wellness offers two plans, Vitality and Reclaim.

At Stratos Functional Wellness, ongoing care includes quarterly visits, quarterly coaching and direct messaging with the care team.
