About Dr. Lall

Dr. Lall is board certified in family medicine and is a lifestyle medicine physician. She attended St. George's University School of Medicine in the Caribbean. She has practiced in Western New York since 2018 and cares for adolescents and adults.

Before pursuing medicine, Dr. Lall worked as a human resources executive team leader at Target. She worked at Cradle Beach Camp helping individuals with disabilities. She has said she wanted to spend more time with patients understanding the underlying causes of their chronic issues, instead of offering a quick fix and a prescription. The practice's approach focuses on lifestyle management first and uses medications when indicated.

The practice believes in a physician-patient relationship based on respect and trust and wants to learn each patient's story. She has said she can spend as much time as necessary with patients to better understand their unique situations and needs.
