"As a family of five, North Shore House calls has been a lifesaver. I started using North Shore house calls during Covid. Jen and her team were able to show up at a moments notice to ensure our family was healthy and safe. Since then, Jen has not only become a trusted member of our care team; she is our care team. When I slipped two discs in my back and couldn't move not only did Jen get to me right away, she stopped first to pick up the prescription that I needed and made sure I was comfortable before she left. After my daughter was bit by a neighbors dog, North Shore House Calls was there immediately with an ER kit to assess, clean and close the puncture, prescribe the antibiotics, and provide follow up instructions for care. It was their expertise and expediency that not only put us at ease during a terrifying situation but also saved our daughter from infection and scarring. Our youngest daughter is terrified of getting blood work done but not with Jen. From the comfort of our own home, Jen was not only able to withdraw the blood, but did so in such a way that not a single tear was dropped. Not for nothing, but Jen has the gentlest jab in the business. I was unhappy with my last blood panel done and had questions and concerns. The lab tech at my GP's left my arm black and blue for 2 weeks after. Jen came and did another panel so effortlessly that I didn't even know she had started and was able to explain my results in a clear and concise manner. Jen is knowledgeable and her staff is kind and caring and on the rare occasion she can't help you, she will give you a recommendation for someone who can. It was NSHC that not only put me in touch with a pediatric cardiologist but made the appt for me. We trust her, our children trust her, you can trust her. We don't go to them as a last resort, we call them first. This review is making me choose an area that can be improved. There is nothing that Jen can do better so I chose office environment since there isn't one"
