Monthly membership fees are $45 for ages 6 to 18 with one paid guardian, $85 for ages 19 to 64, $105 for ages 65 and up, and $245 for a family plan covering two adults and two children, with each additional child $30. One-time enrollment fees are $100 for individuals and $150 for families.
