About Sarah Kaderka

Kaderka focuses on pelvic floor physical therapy, aimed at easing the symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction. Her focus covers the pelvic floor and orthopedics. She treats urinary incontinence, pelvic pain and prolapse, and she offers initial pessary fitting visits that last 90 minutes.

Kaderka earned an undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering at the University of Nevada, Reno. She earned her doctorate in physical therapy at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. During that program she studied under several pelvic floor physical therapists, learning about pelvic pain, incontinence, pain with intercourse, prenatal preparation and postpartum recovery.

Kaderka joined The Health Lab team in Carson City. She has a lifelong passion for functional fitness and has been a competitive swimmer and an avid Tough Mudder participant. She aims to use that passion along with pelvic floor physical therapy to help people restore strength, flexibility and confidence.

In her words, “I’m here to help patients understand their condition and work with them to develop effective, non-invasive treatments that promote healing and restoration.”
