About Amy Patton

Amy Patton is a pediatric nurse practitioner with the credentials DNP, APRN and CPNP-PC. She holds the FMACP credential and is a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner. Her career began in underserved communities. She spent years in primary care before she built her own practice.

She founded Happy Kid Functional Medicine, a pediatric functional medicine practice in Omaha, and leads it. She works with families who have already tried therapy, medications and strategies and are still dealing with aggression, sleep trouble and daily chaos at home. She uses objective testing to look for what has been missed in a child's symptoms.

She then builds one tailored plan and works alongside the child's pediatrician. Patton sees patients in person in Omaha and by telehealth in Nebraska, Arizona, Colorado, Iowa, Tennessee and Virginia.
