Tier 2 (Performance) is $200 a month for active individuals and athletes with a 12-month commitment, and it adds strength and fitness coaching, MD-guided rehab plans, an annual sports assessment and annual metabolic testing to everything in Essentials, with a bike fit costing $200 at first and $25 per adjustment.
Tier 3 is $350 a month for athletes and high performers with a 12-month commitment, and it adds home visits, flexible after-hours scheduling, weekly performance assessments, and unlimited metabolic testing and bike fit to everything in Performance.
