About Dr. Zarek

Dr. Zarek completed her undergraduate studies at Georgetown University and earned her medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine. She completed her OB/GYN residency at The George Washington University and a reproductive endocrinology and infertility fellowship at the National Institutes of Health. Dr. Zarek founded Arbor Fertility, a Midwest fertility practice built around compassion, affordability and published prices.

She meets every new patient personally and answers her own messages. Arbor Fertility has served St. Louis families since 2023 and has a Columbia, Missouri satellite office.
