"Dr. John Vanderloo is a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician. He is a graduate of the University of Mississippi Medical Center School of Medicine, where he also completed his residency in Family Medicine and served as Chief Resident. In 2018, the Mississippi Business Journal named Dr. Vanderloo as a Healthcare Hero. In addition, he is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians, as well as a Board Member of the Mississippi Academy of Family Physicians, where he has served since 2017. He is a member of the Mississippi State Medical Association and was named Doctor of Distinction in 2018. Dr. Vanderloo also enjoys serving our community at the Mississippi State Capitol as Doctor of the Day during various times of the year. He resides in Jackson, Mississippi, with his wife and four children, and is an active member of St. Richard Catholic Church. He is proud to serve Jackson, Mississippi, and the surrounding communities, by providing a personalized approach to healthcare. Dr. Vanderloo believes all individuals should have access to quality healthcare, and he realizes that prevention is key to a healthy lifestyle.
